B*DYNA Community is the members' side of the platform. Post a challenge with an incentive attached, respond to someone else's, or broadcast live to other members. It is separate from the services — you do not need to have booked anything to take part.
This service is available now.
Three parts, one account
Community, Feed and Go Live share one B*DYNA account. FlyDrone is a separate service reached from here because pilots and members overlap; it has its own page and its own status.
Feed
The Community Board. Members post a challenge with an incentive attached, and other members respond. Anyone can read a challenge; posting and responding require an account.
Go Live
A live broadcast to other B*DYNA members, published into the same Feed. Watching is open to members; starting a broadcast requires an account.
FlyDrone
Aerial work — property inspection, event and survey footage — flown by FAA Part 107 certified pilots. FlyDrone is not open yet; it is registering interest ahead of launch.
How the Feed works
This is the part of Community with money attached, so it is worth reading before you post.
Someone posts a challenge
A member describes what they need and attaches an incentive to it. The incentive is set by the person posting.
Members respond
Other members answer in the thread. Responses are visible to members, not just to the person who posted.
The poster approves the answers that helped
Approval is the poster's decision. There is no automatic scoring and no ranking.
The incentive is split across approved responses
It is divided equally among every approved response, so a thorough answer counts the same as a fast one. Payment is recorded against your account.
What is public, what is not
Community is a members' space rather than an open forum. Here is exactly where the line sits.
- Challenges and responses are visible to signed-in B*DYNA members. They are not anonymous — your username appears on what you post.
- This overview page is public. The Feed itself, and Go Live, require you to sign in.
- A live broadcast is visible to members while it is running and is published into the Feed.
- Your account balance, your service requests and your personal details are never shown in Community. Nothing you have booked elsewhere on B*DYNA appears here.
- Posting, responding, approving and broadcasting all require an account. Reading this page does not.
Acceptable use
Short, and enforced by people rather than by an algorithm.
- Post things other members can actually act on. A challenge with an incentive attached is a request for real work.
- Do not post another person's private information, and do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
- Do not use Community to advertise services outside B*DYNA, or to route members off the platform to transact.
- Approving responses is a judgement call, and it moves money. Approve the answers that genuinely helped.
- We can remove a post and suspend an account for breaching these expectations. There is no in-app report or block button today — if you need something removed or need to raise a member's conduct, contact us and a person will handle it.
FlyDrone
FlyDrone sits under Community in the menu because its pilots and its customers are both B*DYNA members. It is at a different stage from the rest of Community.
Status: not open yet
FlyDrone is registering interest ahead of launch. There is no mission marketplace to browse and no way to commission a flight today.
Who it is for
FAA Part 107 certified pilots who want work when it opens, and members who want aerial footage or an inspection when it does.
What happens if you register
We record your interest and contact you. Registering is not an application, and it does not guarantee a place.
