Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2025. Blaze Dynamics, Inc. operating as B*DYNA.
We collect information you provide directly — name, email address, company name, and project briefs submitted through our forms. We also collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
Information you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry, deliver project work, and communicate about your engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
All project materials, briefs, files, and communications are treated as confidential. Client NDA is signed before any project review. Your intellectual property and business information are never disclosed.
We use session cookies required for account login and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. The newsletter subscription uses Mailchimp, which has its own privacy policy.
Project files and correspondence are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for business records compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting info@bdyna.com.

What each service collects
The categories below describe data we collect through specific B*DYNA services. Where a service is in pilot or invitation-only beta, we collect the minimum needed to respond to your request and to operate the service.
Finance Access
Finance Access collects sensitive personal and financial information. When you submit a Finance Access enquiry we collect:
- Identity: first and last name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. We do not collect or store a full Social Security Number.
- Contact: email address, telephone number, street address, city, state and postal code.
- Employment: employer name, job title and employment status.
- Financial: annual income, monthly expenses, current lender, current balance, monthly payment, months behind, requested loan amount, loan type and loan purpose.
- Co-applicant: where you provide one, their name, email, telephone number and income.
Why we collect it. To assess whether we may be able to refer your enquiry to a lending or finance partner, and to contact you about it. Submitting this form is not a credit application, a loan offer, an approval, or any guarantee of financing.
Who we share it with. We share Finance Access information only with finance or lending partners you have asked us to contact on your behalf, and with service providers who process data for us under contract. We do not sell this information.
Co-applicant data. If you provide information about a co-applicant, you confirm you are authorised to share it and that you have told that person how it will be used.
How long we keep it. We retain Finance Access enquiry data only as long as needed for the purpose above and for any period required by law. You may ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
How we protect it. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled systems. Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service.
Other services
- Product Return — contact details, the item being returned, its value, and any proof of purchase you upload. Returns may be submitted as a guest.
- Groom Club — contact details, pet information, and appointment preferences.
- Home Repair — contact details, service address, and a description of the work requested.
- Shop YourTerm — account details and order information.
- Vehicle Share — contact details and your search criteria. Vehicle Share is in pilot; bookings are confirmed manually.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe processes card data under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@bdyna.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in any case as required by applicable law.
Beta notice
Several B*DYNA services are in invitation-only beta. Features described on our service pages may change, and some are labelled pilot, preview or request-only because they are not yet fully automated.
